i have new phone Honor 9 lite from China it is unlocked.. i insert public mobile sim card,i can see service 5 bars,but i cant make phone call..i place my friends sim card Fido ,i can not make any phone call...public mobile office in Laval Montreal ...
i dont know who to ask here,,confused..i move to new apartment about 500 m from old address ,now signal is bad,i even cant make a call ,i get 1 bar, but before i have 3-4 bar,any help here? Moved by mimmo
Hii pay by credit card autopay...now i try to replace my credit card with other credit..but cant accept it...... saying your card is not charging.......... why?do i have to remove my credit and put new one?
only thing i dont like about public mobile is that they dont have phone line or office....we have to be online and find the solution.. it is annoying here
