Call 611 to remove your Autopay. Then your account will go into Suspended Status when there is no money to renew it. After 90 days in Suspended Status the account is gone/closed.
OR, port out the phone number, that closes the account too.
But, best to remove your credit card from your account prior to doing so.
If something happened, and you did port out, but are still getting charged, then contact Customer Support to have the credit card removed from the system.

Do you want to cancel your entire service/account? Have lost your phone or had it stolen and you want to temporarily suspend your service until you get a new phone or your phone back? Or perhaps you are planning to travel and want to suspend your services while you travel?
Do you have access to your self serve account? Do you know your 4 digit account pin# to access more than basic services via 611? Do you know your renewal date?

Again, there is nothing to do formally to cancel other than:
1. Disable Autopay from My Account
2. remove the credit card from your My Account
On the next renewal, PM would not be able to get money from your credit card as Autopay is removed. Your account will be suspended and 90 day later the account will be fully closed.
