I have a related problem. I am already a satisfied user of PM. This morning I was creating a new account with eSim for my wife who is a Koodoo Subscriber. Following instructions, I asked for a NEW number in view of asking for the transfer of the old Koodoo number later. All seemed to be fine except that the assigned TEL number seems to belong to someone else so that SECURITY codes "messages" sent to them. However, CODE Emails are sent to the right place. But the system then insists of sending a message and I'm stuck.

yes, that weird problem (giving out a number already owned by someone else) happens on PM a lot
