Can't make calls "Sorry, talk is not included in your current plan"

Hi there,

I've received the above message while I try to make a toll free phone call this morning. Just wonder if the problem still exist when I try to make the toll free call. I've no problem to make other call. Thanks.

Agreed few toll free numbers won't work not all consider free calls. But I would say try the same number from payphone or other phone and see if there's any issues or not. 

Also if you think it's suppose to dial and have more concern send a msg to mod then

@skwan Not all toll free calls are considered local. If you post it here, I will try it.
