my # is not working, it keep saying temporarily cancelled due to not making payment but payment is pre authfrom my credit card. can someone contact me to this phone xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx thanks

To get moderator response to your request, you must contact them by going to https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot
then just choose example payment issue, keep replying no of your the answer until you get a reply to get a moderator. At this moment, you can describe your issue has not been resolved.

Unfortunately, autopay sometimes does fail. You can manually load up the funds equal to your plans monthly fee and it should re-activate your plan again. If that does not work, you will need to contact moderator as described above.

Public Mobile customer service generally does not call customers. You must contact them by going to https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot
