Calls and texts not working, error msg says not incl in plan

Having same problem, have provincial plan but cant make calls, message says don't have add on.

This is just an update to your thread that everything has been resolved. Please power cycle and test - your outgoing calls should be working fine!

@cantmakecall80 please click here to send the moderator team a private message.  They are the public mobile support employees that can help resolve this for you.  Include your phone number and the details of the issue. I just heard from the moderators that this was an outage and should be resolved now.  Could you please try again?  If still not working, try rebooting your phone and test again.
