@jgorman I just heard from the moderators that this was an outage and should be resolved now.  Could you please try again?  If still not working, try rebooting your phone and test again.

there seems to be a system outage affecting some customers.  bets to messgae the nods with oyur details and be patient.

This is a known network wide outage, not just for you. Unfortunately, there are no estimates on when it will be fixed at the moment. Please be patient until Public Mobile works to fix the outage.
