I am having the same exact issue - and also tried re-purchasing a eSim with no success..

what was the exact error when you try to re-purchase eSIM?

but you can ask PM support agent to help.   You won't be able to submit Chatbot ticket if you cannot login, but you can still submit  ticket by direct message:
