I am having this issue now too. Were you able to get your issue resolved? Did you find out why this was happening???

hI @Lyndsey2  you sure it iis not just a pending charge on the credit card ?  

if you are sure PM charged you twice, just open ticket with PM support agent

 please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link:  https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html  Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".
