How do I activate my account and phone number on a new SIM card because it's not allowing me in on both my account and community account ???

If you are new, have just purchased a new SIM card, and was NOT activated by a retailer you would start here https://publicmobile.ca/en/bc/portal/activation

Are you an existing customer? If so, you wouldn't use the new customer activation website. You would normally log into your self serve account to change your active SIM card. If the password reset option doesn't work, please open a ticket by going to: https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html
