Your account number can be viewed by going to selfserve.publicmobile.ca in the upper right hand corner when you log in. Usually the account number is used for porting out. Did you receive an offer from another carrier?
Your account number is also available in the first e-mail that Public Mobile would have sent you after account activation in the "To:" heading.
