Does anyone knows how to create a ticket? I have my account suspended, I paid a day ago and still there is no service.

Login to your self-serve account.
What is the amount available fund showing on your overview page after login?
If the amount is equal or more than what you paid yesterday, you need to click the reactivate current plan link to renew your plan. After reactivation, your phone is still not working, follow the procedures from previous posts on creating a support ticket for CSA support.

@Triguy : There's no "lost" or "found". It's Suspend then Resume. They simply put that function under the Lost/stolen title.

Try making a manual payment for $1. Also try making your phone lost and then found.
If you still need assistance then submit a ticket.

1. very important to do, i suggest you close all Browser and do clear cache and cookies for any Browser,
and try it for a different Browser and open incognito mode,

use Browser microsoft edge or chrome latest version
and just make sure your Browser is up to date update

and if you use a home internet please do one thing take your power internet off for about
a 1 minute and put it back on,to refreshing your network,
and go sign in to Self-Serve, to review your account,
1. Click on Payment
2. Make a Payment
3. one Time Payment
4. you will see your Amount Due:$ !
5. Payment Type: selected other ( Enter the desired payment amount )
6. how much you see at Amount Due:$ ! you will do manually enter Amount: $ ! + $1 extra
what is mean for Rebooting the phone means to turn off your phone and turn it back on again.

Can you still log in to your account?
If not , call 611 to see what message you get.

But maybe your payment just hasn't got through.
If you can log in, check the account status and see if there's any money in Available Funds.
If not, try making a payment again.
If you see a Reactivate button, click on it and log out, reboot.
NB:In case you encounter webpage issues like freezing or showing errors, log in again in Incognito mode.
