My bank card number changed and I Forgot to update my account now I’m suspended. I then updated my card number online to make the payment and still nothing. Wth. ??? I need my phone working

@derranbascomYou might want to start your own thread so more people are aware of your problem.
Have you click on Reactivate in your account? Is there a balance still sitting in your account? (ie you transferred money to your account but haven't pay for the plan?). We are mostly normal Public Mobile users here and have no access to your account particulars.. If you are able post some screen shots of your account so we can help you figure out the next step.
