Is there a solution to this?
I was away in PEI for a few days and on my last day this happened to me. Now my account is suspended.... I had changed my plan to the 4G/$40 and selected the option to "change on next payment date", all that resulted in is a suspended account. To boot, on yhe payment date, I got a text saying payment was received. TF am I supposed to do now? The plan I wanted expired, and the new promos are not an option in the "base plans" 😑 this is maddening.

@xrosey Sorry to hear that this infrequent bug infected your plan.
Unfortunately, you will need assistance from the moderators. Click this: message to moderators to send a private message to the moderator team with your phone number, PIN, and an explanation. Moderator hours are: Monday to Friday, 9 am (ET) to 9 pm (ET); Saturday - Sunday 9 am (ET) - 7:30 pm (ET). They answer usually in a few hours, but can take 24.
Meanwhile, if you need to make phone calls try an application like that from fongo.com. It provides free calling across Canada from wherever you are connected to wifi, or on cellular data.
BTW: You posted to an old thread. In future you will have more assurance of help by creating your own topic on the forum (which I have done for you today), or sending a private message directly to the moderators.
