@kavita Because everyone on the old rewards system has been switched this month to the newer points system that has been in effect for the past two years but now the change is no longer voluntary. So going forward you will pay full price less what you can redeem in points, which is 15/$15 for a bill credit or buy discounted add ons starting at 5/$5. You'll get 5% of your payments in points value, ten points a year for loyalty and keep any referrals at 1 point/$1. You will need to log in to your account, go to My Rewards and browse the catalogue to spend your points. Edited to add, you should have received a "compensatory" bonus of data, on the $15 plan I believe it was 5GB. Did you not get that?

You can't get back to $11.30 unfortunately.
Starting in May, Public mobile is transition all legacy rewards customers over to the new points system. Did you not receive the text or email from Public mobile that was send to all affected customers in March and April?
With the transition, you lost your $2/month autopay and up to $5/month loyalty rewards unfortunately.
Here is the announcement:
It is a mandatory switch, so the migration can not be stopped or reversed.
If you login into your self service account and your rewards section, you should see you referral points and a welcome 5 points. Once you get 15 points, you can redeem for $15 credit. Unfortunately, you will be charged plan amounts without the monthly discounts going forward.
