How do I get a refund for my subscription

what was the reason for the refund?  

PM is a prepaid carrier and usually do not provide refund.   If you just subscribed to PM and the service wasn't working, then please work with PM support agent to see if the issue is resolvable.  If it is not, then PM could provide refund

but if you just want to leave and forgot to stop Autopay in time, then likely PM support won't be able to issue refund

@DBnostrils  it was not clear anywhere that they DO NOT provide refunds

Far be it for me to say there are no refunds as we are all customers here. If you are wishing for a refund for whatever reason you may have, this is something you need to speak to Public Mobile about. Since you can log into your account, this is how to reach them.

During business hours (9 AM-10 PM EST) you can expect a response within 30 minutes, but it may be longer depending on current volumes.

PM is a prepaid service so normally there are no refund. The only time there are refunds is when you are having issues activing a new SIM and creating a new account.

If this is the case, click on Chatbot and type in Submit a Ticket for an agent to assist you in getting a refund.

Thank you, I was subscribed for 24 hours, this is not legal to charge for a full month when I was subscribed for 24 hours and besides it was not clear anywhere that they DO NOT provide refunds.

Public Mobile doens't provide refunds as a rule. You can use this link to message them, see if they can help...
