I have a physical SIM, I would like the current subscription for the account under email: xxxxxxxxx transferred to my physical SIM. Please Help!!! If you cannot help. Please provide me with a refund.

First, these are public forums. Nothing is private here. So click on that arrow in the box and edit out your email address.
You need to log into your account and change SIM card numbers.

There you can change the number. If you're unable to log into your account, you can reach out to a CS Agent
The Public Mobile chatbot is currently unable to create trackable tickets for members who are unable to log in. So for this reason, please use the following link to contact customer service.

Can you sign into your account? If so, you need to change the sum card number. You can update it under the Profile tab.
If you cannot sign in, message Public Mobile agents directly at the link below to assist you with the change.
