So public was forcing my temp number to RCS after I ported my number. After figuring out the communication method... app first then email (via email, much faster than I thought it would be) They solved my issue easily by crediting $5 then purchased a new eSim. Thanks

you just have to Reset Network Settings and reboot phone
if that does not work,gi to Message settings to turn off RCS first. Reboot and go back to turn on RCS and it will re-register RCS and will work
