Hi guys and girls!
I have a problem by activating RBCREWARDS code: https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/plans/RBC-offer
I got message:
"Sorry, you are not eligible for this promotion."
I've already purchased 40CAD plan. I tried to activate it before completing the purchase with the same result. Nothing changed after I purchased it.
For AutoPay I use my RBC MaterCard Credit Card.

Promo end today at midnight EDT and moderators take 1-2 days to respond.
Website can be finicky. If clearing cache does not work, maybe try a different web browser, incognito mode or different device/computer. Chrome incognito mode works well with this site.

@Nadgen - One thing to try would be to clear your browser's cache and try again. Otherwise, not sure if anyone here can help on this. You might need to contact moderator team to ask why you are excluded. Click on the question mark in lower right corner, and get a ticket from Simon.
