I believe this is targeted. I have 3 accounts and only 1 email.

This bonus referral credit promotional email has the same wording as the MAY RAF email and it was emailed out inconsistently as well..... My neighbour recieved his MAY RAF email on June 2. I'm sure pm will get around to randomly sending out more them....eventually....maybe....Screenshot_20220816-224834~2.png

@Community_QA   not sure.  Last time , the one from couple months ago , was emailed to some of us only but turned out it's for everyone.  So, maybe this one is too

But PM is hay wire as usual. 

 

If If was for everyone, why not a sticky vs an email?

 

I have 3 accounts but only 1 email. 

@Community_QA- I only got one out of 3. It says "to all existing customers". So I say yes. Failing that then I would darn well hold them to it. English is English.

@CountyDownIeUk- Some people "manage" accounts for family. Some for friends. Some due to helping them while getting the RAF. Some have multiple accounts just because. Each of those accounts are individual customers in the eyes of the company.

I "manage" 3 accounts. One got the email. As you highlighted in red (and below) - all existing customers.

 

@Lor- The email only just came out today. That means today. The following was after the OP image.

Is there a specific start date? Not sure why you said it would not be retroactive. The account was activated only last week

Yes an account number equals a customer. 

Not sure what you mean “ Even though many people "manage" or have multiple accounts” in your  “manage” comment as I do have 3 accounts, for me, wife and house. Each with a unique email that is not an alias. And only 1 offer. Oh well, I will see what happens.

I would say all existing customers means all accounts. The company looks at each account as an individual customer. Even though many people "manage" or have multiple accounts.

Available to all existing customers. So you don't need to have the email sent to you??

Limited to one credit per customer. Kind of fuzzy and can be read more than one way....bottom line can only use my referral code once for this offer? But can use my other 2 referral codes? Even though I did not receive an email for my other 2 accounts??

Your friend must activate by September 2nd 11:59PM EST
A monthly SMS confirmation will be sent when the credit has been applied
 



$25 Refer-a-friend bonus will be applied as a $5 monthly credit for up to 5 months, as long as both the referrer and referee remain active Public Mobile customers. Customers must use their unique referral code. Limited to one credit per customer. Offer ends September 2, 2022 11:59PM EST, referred customer must activate by that time. Eligible customers will receive a monthly SMS confirmation when credit has been applied to the account. Credit will be applied within the first week of each month, starting in September.

I doubt if it is retroactive. 

@Lor- It only just showed up today. I don't think you would be eligible. And the credit won't show up until early September.

I got it as well, since I referred a new number last week.  However I don't see any funds credited yet.  Any ideas when they will credit this?
