Hi there,
I have recently started working at an accounting firm and when signing into quickbooks, the software insists on sending verification codes via text message. I had been able to receive these texts in early October, but not since then. How can I resume getting these verification codes?

any chance you blocked it?
try to ask for a code now
then login My Account using Incognito/Private/Secret mode and check usage history to see if it shows on the usage log. If it is there, it is your phone that is blocking it
and Quickbook can use authenticator app, maybe change to it as it is safer
or you can change to email
Update, checked, you can use Voice Message as ell. Try that
