Questions about the Canada-US Plan

Hi, I was wondering if the plana only allows me to call US numbers while I am roaming in the US or am I allowed to also call US number from Canada without additional fees?

Also, is there any difference between the 39 and 40 dollar plans apart from the data limit? Seems a bit wierd that there is a 15gb increase for only 1 dollar.

@Aldehyde the Canada-US plan allows you to make calls to US and Canada while you are in US as well as call  Canada and US while you are in Canada

yes $39 and $40 plan are exactly same except with the more data on $40 plan.  PM positions them like that to push the $40 lan
