I bought a cell phone and I have received a message that it is delivered but really I have not received my cell phone.
How I can to do the reclamation of this?

Hi @Melgar how long you got the email? has it been 1 week? any tracking number?
You can open a ticket with PM support to ask for tracking number or status,
click on the Bubble on the lower right or directly at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
Follow these these to get to ticket open page quicker:
- Type CPO phone
- Click Track my order
- Click I still haven't received my phone yet
- Click Click here to submit a ticket
- you will then direct to another page to open ticket.
After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the moderators (but this can take longer):
