Question about "Short Codes" and the public network

I will try to provide as much details as possible.

 

 

I am using a lead generation program called Commissions INC.  I need to have text notifications sent to my phone once I have a new lead to follow up on.  I am having problems recieving new notifications and was told I need to chat with my service provider and enable "short codes" . I have no idea how to go about this.     I am in ontario.   Phone is ASUS zen phone 3 max.

Hey @AKOTTAWA,

As far as I know, short codes are enabled by default for all PM customers.  I am currently using a couple of them for things like transaction alert and they work fine every time.  

 

Perhaps we can ask our awesome mod @Shazia_K to see if there is anything she can do to help.
