Question about plan pricing

I noticed that new customers are getting better plans and pricing, while existing customers are not offered the same deals. Why are loyal customers not eligible for these promotions? I am considering switching to another provider in Canada where I can get a similar plan for a lower price. However, I would prefer to stay with Public Mobile if you can offer me the same plan. Please let me know if this is possible.

Don't be loyal. Move on to another carrier. Lots of great deals right now. And if you really want, you can port out and then port back as a new customer and get access to new customer deals.

At the same time, this kind of pricing approach can lead to losing both new and existing customers, especially when competitors are offering similar or even better rates.

It is just a market strategy to attract new members to PM. More members means more profits.

only new customer are eligible for those attractive promo deals..BUT...you should message Customer Support to see if they'd sweeten your deal rather than have you leave. Click that orange chat bubble on lower right side of page to start the process.
