Refund and cancel my service

I signed up for service march 22 and never received a sim I no longer wish to join public mobile. Refund me now.

Public Mobile is under no obligation to provide a refund.  The policies actually say no refunds.  Public Mobile's only obligation is to provide the plan and service that was sold to you.

It's only 8 day.  The sim will arrive this week

You can check with PM and confirm they did send you the sim.  Or if you really want to cancel, message them 

Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket. So, you will need to message them here:

However, SIM cards do take up to 3 weeks to get them in the mail. That's why it's highly recommended to pick one up locally or on Amazon.
