Question about international roaming

Hi, I have a question about international roaming. I’m currently in India and do not want to be charged for roaming. I have turned off the cellular line in my phone settings. Is that all I need to do to avoid any charges?

You won't get charged extra in India. PM has no service there

Also PM is prepaid, so, you will have to buy add-on to use extra service.  No surprise billing here

Hello @kabir003 

Public Mobile only works in Canada, the United States and Mexico. There is no roaming outside these three countries. You also have to realize that Public Mobile is a prepaid service. You prepay for what you want. That would be post paid.  Enjoy your trip!

@kabir003 no worries. PM has no roaming service other than US and Mexico.  So, you are safe, you won't got charged extra
