On Oct. 30 I set-up a change plan for Nov. 9, from $10.00/month to $40.00/month. The system accepted the change and the total of $45.20 was taken and available funds showed on my account for $40.00. However, when I attempted to use my cellular signal it wasn't available. I just checked my on-line account and only $10.00 was removed leaving $33.00 in available funds. Can this be corrected to give me my full $40.00 plan?

@Wil Sounds like the system did not process your plan change. Best to submit a ticket to PM explain what happened and ask them if they can process the plan change for you.

You will need the assistance of the Moderators and to do that you will need to create a Trouble Ticket. Click this link https://publicmobile.ca.ada.support/chat/ and enter your question into SIMon. Follow the prompts to get to the Contact Us button and then a Submit Ticket button will appear.
Community Moderators are available from Monday-Friday 8 am(Eastern) to 12 am(Eastern) and Saturday, and Sunday from 8 am(Eastern) to 10 pm(Eastern)
