how long for CS_Agent to respond to queries?

I couldn't open a ticket over the weekend, so sent a message to CS_Agent. I haven't heard anything back now, two days later. Is that a normal thing?

Due to the current 50% off promotion, the response times are incredible backlogged. The estimated response times from Customer Service are currently 1-3 days. Hang in there.

In normal situations, they normally get back between 30 minutes. Unfortunately, this promotion blew the roof off lol
