QR code for activation

Recently deleted esim , trying to to activate it on a different phone. Please PM, if you are going to offer something like esim make it the way how supposed to be. With QR code. All the phones working with esim want QR code. Now I have plan with PM and can't use it because I can't install the esim  again. On both phones. Topical Canadian service.

@Stan666 - know that here on the Community Forum you are communicating with customers and members like yourself. Sound like only Public Mobile representatives can help you with this one I believe, so submit a ticket to them by softech's link.

For your future reference, you can use the “Get Help” section at the top of the screen above: https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/ns/get-help, and in the “Start your Search here” box type 'customer support' to get two methods to Contact a Customer Support Agent (CSA) with Public Mobile. You've already noticed Chatbot is currently 'out of service', so if Public representatives are needed until this is up and running use the 2nd option to private message CSA.

@Stan666  please message agent and see what they say .

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there

Do you want help with something?

Nope. I have deleted the esim on my current phone with idea to activate it on a new phone. Very simple, right? But the new phone and any phone with esim option requires QR code. .

That's it.

@Stan666   understand your concern

So, you want to change phone and PM asks you to change back to physical sim , right?

Yes, but I am not ok with the fact that the plan is paid for 3 months in advance and can not be used because they made some half mediocre service

@Stan666   Yes at the moment, eSIM is avilable for new activation only.  If activated eSIM, deleted it , or want  to change to another phone, they don't have the process for that yet.

I hope they will come up with that soon
