@Phelpsy first, if you want to have agent to look into your case, please open a ticket with them
for the calling issue, what brand and model your phone is?
Try to change your phone's preferred network to 3G Only or WCDMA only
If you phone is a newer one from last 2 years, you can also try to enable VoLTE and see if it works
Also, try your phone in different area, maybe just a local network issue
