Puzzling & confusing text saying there are insufficient funds. I'm on autopay. I was able, after some difficulty navigating website (not too computer literate!), to access My Account & eventually the Payments Tab. All seemed to indicate that everything is correct, as in the cc info and due date. I also called 611, as suggested somewhere, and it confirmed the autopay & date. Should I still be worried?

I would not worry too much. If you are on autopay just watch your service on renewal day. Try to avoid logging in into new site as it will eventually crash as everybody wants to see what new is.

@Disillusioned hi it has been happening this morning with the new websight ,it will clear up after they fix the many glitches with the new sight
