That sounds like a real good idea, I’ll try that.

@shep233 Are you using incognito mode/clearing your browser cache? I know the self serve account shows cached details since it was updated, not sure if that applies to the CPO page though.
It might not be a bad idea to ask support if you can go on a waiting list, if possible, for the model you're after?

I did that , offered money back after supplier said no inventory. Seems like there is no connection between the buying page and actual inventory. Should it let you purchase, and take the money without inventory then force you to go thru the hoops to get the money back?

Hi @shep233 it is still not bad to buy from PM if you can get the phone. The warranty is good and you don't have to worry about blacklisted phones
If you buy from eBay/Bestbuy/Walmart/Facebook, be careful those "marketplace". Some people got blacklisted phones and lost money in the end

Ya I did that , offered my money back after she contacted the supplier.

I did that and nothing was offered. Think I’ll look elsewhere now.

@shep233 wrote:, maybe the purchase page isn’t updated as it should be?
HI @shep233
it is definitely possible.
From what I know, PM does not really keep these phone in it's warehouse, they are using a CPO resellers anyway and these kind of resellers serve many carriers, not just PM. So, it really might not know until the order is sent over there

Well when I hit the purchase button it showed in stock, still does, maybe the purchase page isn’t updated as it should be?

You shouldn’t be charged if the phone is out of stock.
It happens when phone are at a good price…they go fast.

You should probably buy your phone from somewhere else other than here, anyways.
For better prices and condition of the phone. Just saying.

I have not come across this issue, but you could try contacting a moderator who can look into the issue. They may have more insight into the stock availability of a specific phone.
