Purchased wrong add on

I recently was trying to add additional data to my account but even after buying it wasn't working.

just logged in to investigate and it's showing a different add on in place of the data I was trying to purchase? I don't understand. Please help.

use this link to message Customer Support and explain. They'll likely credit your account and add the correct add-on. Watch the little envelop icon on top right side of page will be highlighted when they respond.

give them as much account info as you can..ie phone #, acct #, name on account, PM pin #..etc.
