Hi,

 please refund my subscription purchase as I received a message that my phone is not compatible with the public mobile eSIM card. I couldn't complete the activation process on my phone.

Please be sure to explain the issue to them. They will respond to you in you community inbox to check it from time to time. That said, have you considered purchasing an actual hard SIM card instead of an eSIM? That could be the ideal solution for you.

what phone you have?  sometimes it is a false negative.  Check with PM first, they might be able to help.  Or they can help you to change to physical sim

why not just get PM to send you a normal hard sim OR get to Mobile Klinik in  your area as they usually sell the PM sims too.
