Public mobile service is down?

My public mobile is not working,  service is down? Someone help me please

Mine too I topped up yesterday and nothing so frustrating

@amitpatel462 If you tried what other people have suggested then I am almost certain your phone is on the Canadian Black list. Did you buy it from a third party?

What is the exact error message?  If you reboot it, any chance you see it connected briefly, like 5 to 10 seconds , and disconnect after?

 

 it could be just a local network outage.  Again, you might want to try again in another area

 

you can also open ticket with PM Support and have them to check if any network issue in your area now.  They can also double check your account and reprovision your sim card for you just  in case

Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", Then click "Other", then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗" 

2. If you don't have access to My Account or have trouble with Chatbot: Private message CS Agent at:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there

@amitpatel462   happene to me a few months back.. I toggled airplane mode on and off a few times and that did it for me.. not saying that’s your fix, but it worked in my case

@amitpatel462   What is the error on the phone status?

Which area you are at? Province and city?

 

 

try to reseat the sim card once , power off, then take sim out for a minute, put it back and power up

If you have another phone, put your PM sim card in another phone

 

Also, it could be just a local network issue, try your phone again away from where you are now and see

Plan is paid up, account is active,  no network

It works just fine in York region. Phone/SMS/Internet...

Try rebooting or try SIM in different phone.

@amitpatel462  No service interruption 2 hrs east of Toronto.. is your phone not connecting to the network? Plan is paid up?
