Hi,
My mobile number is some how in your company database. You have issued a my current active number to one of your subscriber on 23 Dec 2021.
I'm with lucky Mobile. However I get messages from other unknown people.
I was with public mobile in 2013, however I have ported my number in 2014 and 2015 to other service provider.
But public mobile has issued my number to its new user on 23 Dec 2021.
Please solve this issue.
Thanks

Start with typing "Submit a ticket", click "Contact Us", click "Other" from the choices, click "Click here to submit a ticket". Then follow to complete the ticket submission.

@news - ha, that is interesting. I would submit a ticket to Public Mobile representatives (CSA) and let them know to remove your number immediately from their system...as you have it!
