I’ve been trying to top up my account all day with a new payment method nothing will work .

What is the brand/bank on the card? Are your services working still?

They won't call, they will communicate via the mail box icon in the top right corner beside the bell.

Hoping someone will call me to troubleshoot 

@Becca902  Ok well I wouldn’t message again and just keep an eye on your community in box or use this link to to find their reply . They will start by asking you some verification questions then proceed to helping you

I did try I left it over night , I tried different cards

I know how I just keep getting an error no matter what card I put in

Wait an hour from the last time you tried... give it a few extra minutes...  then go into your settings in your browser and clear your cache. Then close browser and re open and try to sign back in. Then follow these steps. If it doesn't work on your PC then try the app.

How to change your credit card number

First and foremost, if you are changing your credit card information, you need to add every piece of information about the credit card like it was your first time. Even if it’s already auto filled, do it anyway. 

When you log in to your Public Mobile account, go to the Payments button.

On the right hand side, click on Manage Subscription.

Then click on Manage Payment Method and remember, change and edit everything even if it’s already auto filled.

How to change credit card on phone app

Download the app from the app store if you already haven’t.

Sign into your app.

When your app opens you’ll be in the My Account tab. You will see a plus button at the bottom left above the My Account tab. Click on it.

Once you’ve clicked on it, go to Payments

The next screen you’ll want to click on Manage Subscription.

The next screen will give you the option to change your credit card information when you click on Manage Payment Method.

There you will be able to enter a new credit card and expiry date. Click on Save and you're good to go.

@Becca902  If you have tried too many times . You should try and wait one full hour and maybe try in the app if you’re not already . But you can always  ask support to help you if issues persist
