Public Points - Points Back

Hello Community, 

I have been with PM for about 10 months.  We have been receiving the Points Back (5% of the plan value) monthly, but the last time we have received the points was November 2023.  We have three accounts, mine, my wife and my son.  My wife's account is receiving the points back points on a $50 per month plan, but my son and I are not.  We are on a $39 a month plan.
I am still receiving the friend referral.

Any advise on this.

Thanks....I was able to PM cs_agent and someone is now looking into this for me.

@Scooter_Mac   This happened to me in December, a customer service agent fixed it.  There was indeed a glitch in the system.

Then you will need to contact customer service agent.  Seems like a glitch in your rewards.  

Need to submit a ticket via the chatbot.
