hi..
a few of them could be the same..pretty sure they are...
but the pay-per-use definetively not, as PM as a pre-paid service and unless you have credit in your account, these pay-per-use would/should not work..

*611 works to get to a self serve menu. Have you tried any of the others?
Ones like #TAXI probably wouldn't work as they would need a postpaid billing account to charge.
