Changing password for self serve

I cannot login to my account because I forgot the passsword I setup. When I attempt to use the "forgot my password" feature it says it will send me an email but never does. I can;t even get tech support without my password so I hope someone can fix this NOW!

@djhoward, the automatic password reset does not work.   You need to send a private message to the moderator team in order to get your password reset.
