I'm trying to activate my public mobile SIM card but it has 20 digits. How can I activate?

Can you confirm that the sim number stamped on the actual SIM card and the sim number under the bar code are identical.

You better use the live chat feature for activation of that sim card. Something sounds fishy to me.

Card says Public Mobile and I got it off amazon. How can I activate it?

PM sim cards have only 19 digits.
Look again more carefully.
Maybe it's not a Public Mobile sim card either.
