Public Mobile Rewards to Points Mandatory switch with new plan?

If I change my plan to the current promo $39/month for 20 gb 4G will my plan automatically switch from Public Mobile Rewards to Points? I believe the Rewards system is better

yes I truly hope so! Currently at $4 off each cycle and hoping to refer some friends etc, definitely ends up saving quite a bit

@JoeJoe2  No you get to keeep your old rewards , you have to choose to switch to the new points system and don’t … I can confirm you keep rewards  I just switched myself . check this out
