Public Mobile Offer sent by text

I received a text from Public Mobile of an offer of 20GB of data at 4G speeds of up to 100mpbs for $27/month. I currently have 4GB of data and pay $24/month. 

It says if you reply YES, the offer will be ADDED to your account and take effect next renewal date. Does this REPLACE my current subscription (my 4GB of data subscription) or is it added/in addition to what I already have, in essence paying for an additional subscription?

@artbuf   You will be charged the $27 on the next renewal and the new plan will replace your old one.  You will still have unlimited calling and texting.

My question also pertains to this offer. I am currently paying $25 per month for 1GB plus unlimited calling and texting, if I reply YES will I be billed both the $25 plus the $27 per month and will I still have unlimited calling and texting?
