I ported from Chatr to Public Mobile yesterday. Everything looks smooth when I activated my PM sim card, but no service since yesterday. I called and checked with Chatr and they confirmed my Chatr account is deactivated and the porting is completed.
My PM account shows the status as Active and next recharge date as 17th July, I restarted my mobile several times but not luck.
Can someone share their insights please? @CS_Agent

What phone model are you using? Not all phones ever sold by Chatr or that can be used at Public Mobile if they were only capable of 2g network connections at Chatr.

You might want to re-install your SIM card and restart your phone. That just might do the trick. It worked for me.

Did you buy your phone from Chatr?
If so, did you make sure your phone was unlocked before porting?

Thanks @geopublic! I will try that thing and see if it works.

Looks like the port might be stuck, so if you've already messaged the moderators then you'll have to patient as they can take upto 48 hours to respond but usually much earlier.
You can also try the lost/stolen trick. Log into your account, click plans/add ons, click phone lost/stolen, suspend, log out, wait a few mins, log back, report phone found, restart phone. Sometimes this will reset the account.
Edit: @geopublic is alway much quicker to reply:)

@trinadhmoganti Try the lost/stolen phone trick to soft reset your account.
To report your phone stolen. Login to your selfserve account. Choose Plans and Add-ons tab. Choose the Lost/Stolen Phone tab. Choose Suspend Service tab. Wait a few minutes. Report your phone found. Re-start you phone.
If that doesn't fix it then let PM know.
