Proof of residence

Hi, is it possible to get call logs for more than 3 months? The government wants proof of residency for the year for renewing medical card.

Perhaps you have already asked the government, but it would be helpful for you to ask them what specifically they will accept as your proof. I know, as someone who used to work in government, that people will go through a lot of work getting proof/statements and other evidence together, submit it to government, and then it's not accepted because it's not enough, or the right kind of proof. So, always good to ask for specifics. Good luck!

I found this an interesting conundrum. The terms used are kind of specific. But the purpose is clear. Were you in a specific province to entitle you to its health care. The activity logs do indicate originating and destination location. So it should work. If the vast majority of your activity in and out were in the one province then you're good.

Other options could be your credit or debit card statements what with the proliferation of contactless payments these days. Gas, groceries etc.

Frequent repeat appointments for whatever? Compare utility bills from one year to the next and see that more than basic consumption was used?

But they're all still open to abuse and "fraud" by the account holder. Interesting.

On self-serve, it will only display 90 days of usage history.

You can request that Public Mobile provide an annual statement of account.   Whether this will suffice will be up to the government department requesting it - perhaps they just wish to see that you had a number registered to a particular area, which may suffice (who knows...). 

Request this statement by contacting moderator.

To contact a moderator, there are 2 methods:

Call logs are available in your self serve account, although I am unsure that they'll accept this as Public Mobile does not verifity your identity at any time during the activation process.
