I signed up for auto payment with the $35 for 20gb for 15 months deal.
It was all set right and then my payment renewed as it should but it didn't apply the promo so I was short $11 for plan.
I logged in and paid this amount but the promo for the deal isn't there.
I only wanted to spend $35/45 for this deal otherwise I stay at the $15 a month deal as I am low income and $20-30 makes a difference in if I can eat.
So I'm hoping somehow I can have this deal corrected or a refund for the plan I switched to and scale back to $15.
Please and thank you someone.
Also the website is dead slow to load and 50 times in a row my sign in went to this page expired pages.

What your transaction history says, how much you are supposed to pay?
That $55-$20 promo was tricky. Some say you had to change plan Now (old customer); promo says it is for only new customers. Try to search through Community to find out what kind of experience other customers had/have.
As for PM web page, try incognito mode, use computer, refresh, refresh, refresh...
