That's awul. Do you know if it is possoble to close your account and then create a new one to get the better plan?
Also, I noticed that more subscriber promos options showing on the mobile app than the ones offered on the web version of public mobile.

you should see many Canada/US roaming plan on your My Account. Have you checked? or which exact one you want?

United States, but if they're not gonna give me the plan, I'm gonna have to switch providers continually based on sheer principle lol

Carriers are offering competitive price plan so you can port out from PM whenever you wish but PM is a prepaid service so no refund for unused days.

Sorry @Pyroboy1501 , CS agent cannot help to get promo plans or new activation plans. You can only change to plans available on your My Account's Change Subscription page

Not all promo plans are available for existing customers. Login into your PM self service account, you can see what plans are available to yourself. Each existing customer has different personalized plan offers. Unfortunately, the plans are usually more expensive than your present plan.
Where are you going outside Canada? Public mobile only offers roaming in USA and Mexico. Not any other international country.
