Is your plan 35 or higher? If not you still have some data bonuses you can use over 6 months and potentially 12.

Officially, you have to open a ticket. Try that first as preferred method to get agent's help.
If creating a ticket does not work very first time, send them private message.
- Use the ticketing system for a faster response time (preferred method as Ticket is assigned and easy to follow up with CSA). Click Chatbot - Ticket and type ticket, then click on Contact Us, then click on issue you inquire about. Link for creating ticket will be presented. It ticketing does not work very fist time do the below.
- Send a private message to the CSA - agent by clicking Here

HI @MommaGib Unfortunately PM support is all online and no live support. But this usually is a quick fix, they will probably just need to validate your identity and can apply the bonus data back if they missed it. I see people usually got this resolved very quickly.

@MommaGib you have to tell SIMon your issue, or just type 'Submit a ticket' until you get the option. OR, click Click here to submit a ticket↗

HI @MommaGib Have you activated for more than 72 hours, PM usually apply it to your account within 3 days.
Open a ticket with them if 3 days passed already:
at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot. Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:
After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the CS Agent (but this can take longer):

@MommaGib - if you made a mistake when activating and missed the promo code, ask CSA if they can add it for you after explaining what happened.
