Promo Activation Error (Error M.8702)

Hi,

I’m requesting help with a new activation for the $20/60GB promo.

I attempted to sign up two nights ago while the offer was still live, but I was blocked by Error M.8702. I visited a mobile shop near Walmart yesterday to resolve this, but they were unable to help as the promo had expired.

Since I tried to activate during the promo period and only failed due to a technical error on the site, could you please help me complete the activation with this plan?

so, you bought a plan, waiting for sim card and finally got it and want to complete the activation now?
